Movement Accessibility: • Our Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced. • If you have injuries, mobility concerns or specific conditions, please inform your instructor before class so we can offer personalised guidance. • Our classes are designed as group fitness, not clinical rehabilitation. Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to support a wide range of women, across different fitness levels and movement backgrounds. • Members who want to build strength, mobility, stronger core control & confidence. • Those wanting to feel more in tune with their bodies We offer three class types to meet you exactly where you are; First Edition (Beginner-friendly - Foundational) • Perfect for beginners or anyone returning to movement ( Including Pregnant Ladies with clearance from midwife ) Inferno Glow (Intermediate flow) 22 degrees warm. • Ideal for women wanting to deepen their practice, build endurance and connect more intuitively to their bodies. Inferno Burn (Advanced / strength-based) 32 degrees hot. • Designed for those ready to challenge themselves and tap into their inner power.

For your safety, our heated mat Pilates classes are not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or injuries. Because our classes are group fitness, not clinical Pilates, we require the following people to avoid classes unless fully cleared by a physiotherapist or healthcare professional: • Anyone with acute or recent injuries (e.g., slipped disc, torn meniscus, ligament tears, joint instability) • Individuals recovering from recent surgery or currently undergoing rehabilitation • People with severe or unmanaged back, neck or joint pain • Anyone with medical conditions aggravated by heat, including: • heat intolerance • cardiovascular concerns • uncontrolled high blood pressure • dizziness or fainting conditions • Pregnant women after the first trimester • (Heated classes are not recommended during 2nd or 3rd trimester) • Individuals with limited mobility requiring clinical supervision • Anyone who has been advised by a doctor not to participate in heated exercise Our classes are designed for general fitness and wellbeing — not clinical or rehabilitative treatment. Please bring a clean towel, water, and of course, yourself! For hygiene and safety, we have a strict No Towel, No Training policy. Bringing these essentials helps us keep the studio clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

We have a 5-minute lockout to keep the class energy strong & uninterrupted. If you are more than 5 mins late, your class credit will be forfeited or a no-show fee will apply. Arrive Early. Move Intentionally. Embody Balance

Listen to your body & move at your own pace; • Always stay hydrated. • Avoid heavy meals before class. • Avoid attending if you have heat sensitive medical conditions. • Avoid attending if feeling unwell or ill.
