PregnancyWe don’t recommend attending heated classes during pregnancy. Our non-heated Pilates classes may be suitable with clearance from your healthcare professional.Available Monday–Friday9:30 AM10:30 AM PostpartumPlease obtain clearance from your healthcare professional before returning to exercise. We recommend beginning with our non-heated classes, then progressing into heated classes when you’re ready. We also offer a Mums & Bubs class every Wednesday at 10:30 AM.Can I bring my child? For the safety of your child and everyone in the studio, we aren’t able to accommodate children in the studio outside of our dedicated Mums & Bubs class. As we don’t have crèche facilities, children must not be left unattended and cannot accompany you during class.

Our crèche is an additional service and is not included in your membership or class booking. Crèche bookings are $5 per child, per session. This fee allows us to maintain a safe, professional and supervised crèche with an on-site carer.

There is plenty of street parking available around both our Hot Mat Studio and our Reformer & Wellness Studio. We recommend allowing a little extra time before your session to find parking and arrive comfortably.
